🏀 Top-5 Fall 2023 Jordan Retros

Ahead of the upcoming season, Jordan Brand has dropped a look at their Fall 2023 Retro Air Jordan lineup. With a bunch of models and colorways to choose from, we broke down our top-5. Take a look and let us know if we're on the same page 👀 (3 min read)

Jordan Retro Collection

The Fall 2023 Jordan Retro collection has surfaced and I’m here to rank the Top-5. For a full look at all the models set to drop in a few months, peep this IG. Happy Friday let’s get it going 🏝

👟 Number 5: Jordan 13 Wolf Grey

Coming in at five we have the Wolf Grey 13s, which are inspired by other grey classics like the Wolf Grey 5s. Love that Jordan is bringing back a classic colorway and reapplying them to new retros

The Wolf Grey 5s linked above remind me a lot of the burgundy 5s, which make an appearance later down on this list

Personally, I'd probably take these over the Palomino 1s because I’m a huge fan of Air Jordan 2s, but I didn’t want to alienate my Air Jordan 1 wearing readers 😅

Black Cements 3 are Top-2 Jordans in my book, and maybe one depending on who you ask. These aren’t as drop dead gorgeous as the Air Jordan 3 Black Cement, but they're a pretty damn honest re-imagining, and I have a funny feeling we will see a lot more black cement colorways in the future

👟 Number 3: Air Jordan 1 Palomino

For the coveted third spot I'm going with the Air Jordan 1 Palomino, a familiar colorway that borrows heavily from the hugely popular Mocha Jordan 1s. The mochas were basically a gluten free version of the Travis Scott highs, so I guess this kind of makes them “Rager” related, or at the very least a Travis derivative 🌵

Jordan 1s are obviously super popular with a large audience, so I expect to see a lot of these on feet once they drop in early September ☕️

👟 Number 2: Air Jordan 5 Burgundy

For my second overall pick I’m going with a model that has sadly dropped in popularity in recent years. Back in my day this was the coveted Jordan model, but that’s enough reminiscing 💭

I really love these suede burgundy kicks and I’m really happy to see them return. I understand that the youth only really care about Jordan 1 and 4s, but these 5s right here deserve way more love 🙏

👟 Number 1: Air Jordan 8 Playoffs

The top spot was never in question because I'm really all about the sneakers that the GOAT Michael Jeffrey Jordan wore in-game. So without further ado, our first pick in the fall 2023 Jordan Retro Sneaker Fall Collection 🐐

These are just beautiful and a testament to a timeless model and colorway. Jordan 8s are extremely slept on and deserve our top spot. That’s all for today, enjoy your weekend fam 🏝
