adidas Basketball and Jalen Green unveiled a new basketball shoe this week: The Adizero Select 2.0 👇

This isn’t a Jalen Green signature sneaker so let's just get that out of the way right now, this is an adidas Basketball offering and the brand has enlisted Jalen to be the face of the rollout. I want to make sure I’m extra transparent with you guys 😅

The shoe itself pays homage to the legendary Japanese shoe designer Toshiaki Omori, who designed the original Adizero back in 1999 💼

Just like its predecessor, the Adizero Select 2.0 is super breathable and lightweight…this shoe is clearly #ForTheFast. Dropping February 1st on adidas.com for a super affordable $110, the Adizero Select 2.0 comes in multiple clean colorways, my favorite of which being that red and green joint we saw Jalen debut at the Garden on Tuesday night 🗽

I recognize that these are performance shoes, but I feel like they can absolutely be worn off the court. adidas is making performance sneakers with an eye towards versatility off the court, and frankly I'm here for it. We sat down with Jalen earlier this week to learn more 🏀

Like I said, these don’t come out yet until February 1st, but we were blessed with a few pairs so we’re giving one away to the newsletter fam 👀
