Jarritos x Nike SB Dunk Coming Soon

The Jarritos x Nike Dunk SB has been given an official release date of May 6th, retailing for $130. If you live under a rock, you may not be familiar with the most delicious soda in the world aka Jarritos. I’m here for you though 🥤

The Mexican mainstay features a multitude of colors and flavors that are instantly recognizable across the globe. My personal favorite is the Mandarina (Mandarin), a bright orange soda that is fortunately featured on the upcoming Nike SB release 🍊

Like many other Nike SB’s that have dropped in recent years, these sneakers feature a tearaway layer of burlap on the upper heal that wears away to reveal a Jarritos colorway underneath 👀

I like that Nike has started doing this in recent years, it allows them to create a product that is specifically catered to the skateboarding community that they want wearing the shoes. My only qualm with it is that a majority of the people who buy these shoe probably won't wear them enough to reveal the pattern beneath. Either way these are sick and the promo boxes slap 🌈

Also, the brand names on the back heel tab is an excellent touch, love the iconic Jarritos font 🖋

As a reminder, these bad boys are releasing on May 6th, obviously a day after Cinco de Mayo, and will be available at select Nike SB retailers. Keep an eye out 👀
