SKIMS Joins Basketball World

Kim Kardashian's underwear brand SKIMS has been named the official underwear partner of the NBA, WNBA and USA basketball. If you didn’t know, SKIMS and Kim K are making some serious coin 💰

SKIMS Men launched on October 26th with a viral commercial featuring Shai Gilgeous-Alexander, Nick Bosa and Neymar, announcing the three as official endorsers of the brand. Here’s the SGA one aka the NBA fit king 💧

Immediately upon launch, SKIMS began flying off the virtual shelves - it apparently only took 5 minutes for 25k orders to be placed. At $50 an order the brand broke a record earning millions of dollars in just a few minutes. Definitely helps when you have a global marketing campaign featuring one of the world’s biggest athletes 🇧🇷

Now this partnership is brand new, so we don't know exactly what it’ll look like yet, but I expect to see NBA and WNBA players all wearing SKIMS very soon. As previously mentioned, we saw Neymar and Nick Bosa in the commercial, so I wonders if a partnership with the NFL and the Saudi Pro League is coming next 👀

Per reports, we will be seeing this partnership come to life at future marquee NBA events like the All-Star game and the In-Season tournament. To start, the SKIMS logo was already on the floor last night during the TNT nationally televised Spurs vs. Suns game 👀
